We lead ongoing preventative maintenance programs for many clients, helping them to inventory, document assets, establish goals, keep records, identify potential problems, establish an access protocol with vendors and provide budgets for major maintenance work. We will also collaborate with client staff to customize a program of preventative maintenance to a site-specific location. The programs include detailed Methods of Procedure (MOP), Quality Control and Quality Assurance documentation. Services
